How do I make a call?

Make sure that the numbers stored in your directory include the international access code. For example : + 44 (country code) for calls to the United Kingdom.

To call a number in France:
Dial the 10 digits of the telephone number (fixed or mobile) of the person you wish to contact. Example – to call a landline number: 01.xx.xx.xx.xx

The first two digits in the number depend on the region you are calling (please refer to the card opposite). Example – to call a mobile phone number: 06.xx.xx.xx.xx

To call your home country or another:

Dial ‘’+‘’ or "00" + country code + area code + telephone number of the person you are calling (the ‘’+’’ is a universal prefix for international calls.)

Example: to call a number in the UK dial: + 44 + 207 (country code) + telephone number
